Why Prioritization Matters
With multiple campaign ideas on the table, we applied the Effort–Impact Framework to decide which ones are most strategic for Red Bull’s occasion-based student marketing.
We aimed to prioritize campaigns that:
- Deliver high brand visibility and engagement
- Are scalable across campuses or digitally
- Solve specific student fatigue or productivity problems
- Align with Red Bull’s energetic, youthful brand positioning
